At our first meeting, we will look through samples and discuss the look and feel you would like to create through your wedding stationery. If you are from out of town or are unable to come to the studio, we will email you our comprehensive digital catalogue. Each element of your stationery will be handcrafted to reflect your unique style. A one of a kind invitation, designed specifically for you, will emphasise the exclusivity of your wedding day.

STEP #1: Browse our catalogues and select the designs that you feel represent you and the event that you would like to introduce. Please bear in mind that all of our designs are 100% customisable.  Fonts, colours, patterns etc can all be changed to suit your chosen style.  We can also create something completely unique for you if you prefer.

STEP #2: Email your design choices to us along with your format preference, any patterns/graphics/photos that you would like to incorporate, your colour choices and your favourite fonts.  You are welcome to add as much information to your brief as possible to help us get an idea of your ideal invitation.

STEP #3: We will compile a formal quotation based on your specifications which will be emailed to you.

STEP #4: On acceptance of the quote, we will create a digital mock up of your chosen invitation design and email that to you.

STEP #5: One set of changes are included in the design fee.  Thereafter, changes are made at a rate of R300 per hour.  If a new design is chosen or further digital mock ups are required, these will be charged for at a rate of R300 per hour of design time.

STEP #6: Once your digital mock up is approved, a physical mock up will be provided and can be couriered to you.  You are also welcome to collect it from the studio.

STEP #7: On approval of the physical mock up, the production process can commence.  We aim to complete your order within 10 working days.

We combine different elements to create a unique look for your stationery. There are many elements that can be changed to customise your design, for example: Font combinations, calligraphy, colours, images, patterns and even the paper that you choose will have an influence on the overall look.

We also offer specialised printing to add that extra special touch. This includes foiling, letterpressing and laser cutting, to name a few.



  • The client will receive one digital mock up of their invitation as part of the design stage.  One set of changes are included in this fee, thereafter changes will be charged for at a rate of R300 per hour.
  • If the client wishes to change the design, a new digital mock up will be created at a rate of R300 per hour.
  • Clients will receive final digital proofs of their layout to approve before printing begins.
  • Final proof checking is the client’s responsibility.  Please check all spelling and punctuation very carefully.
  • One physical mock up is offered to the client once the digital proof is signed off.  If you decide to forgo this sample we cannot be held responsible for any dissatisfaction you may have with your order.
  • As each item is handmade there may be slight variations from one item to the next.
  • Colours may vary from screen to print.
  • Courier/Postage is at the client’s own risk and for the client’s own account.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to collect any hire goods from the supplier and return them to the supplier at the end of the hire period.
  • During the hire period the customer is responsible for the items.  If any items are lost or damaged the customer shall be liable to pay the supplier for the cost of any repair and/or replacement.
